I’ll be your instructor
Hi there! I’m Jennifer and I’m honored you’re going on this journey with Rooted Connections. As a 20-year veteran of the beverage and hospitality industry, I have encountered countless women with huge amounts of potential and power in our field.
Upon completing my master's in organizational leadership, I knew I wanted to build a program that helped women continue to learn how to seize new opportunities and grow their careers.
The beverage industry is ripe for transformation, and women are key to driving this change.

Why would I want to do the Rooted Leadership program?
Maybe you’re feeling “stuck” in your career. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected from other women in the industry or are watching others pass you by. This program is designed to provide you with the tools to discover your leadership style through personal exploration and external application. Through the Rooted Leadership program, you can gain the knowledge, tools, and connections you need to navigate the industry with confidence, build a network of supportive peers, and take your career to the next level.
Is this going to take too much time out of my already busy schedule?
The Rooted Leadership program was designed so you can access our content from anywhere, at any time. By offering this course online, we are able to reach a wider audience of women in the industry who may not have access to in-person coaching or training and offer flexibility for women whose lives are already busy. Due to the building block element of the course, the only restriction put in place is that the modules can be unlocked once the previous one has been completed.
Do I get access to you? Will there be live trainings?
Yes! I will be holding “office” hours once a month. I will be available to answer questions, discuss all things leadership and learn from you how I can continue to evolve the program to your needs.
